Colin_Mor Andy_P186 ; My first comment / message here was on October 21st, my second was on October 23rd, where Colin asked for screenshots of my issues. So I sent two of the most recent event screenshots and explained these two problems as well as mentioning there are several other problems that are ongoing with Windows itself, Office 365 support (or lack of), and wondering why is it so difficult to get the support you need when there is a problem with software from Microsoft.
That was about 11am on the 23rd, but I have not heard back from anyone through this board, email or any other contact method. These aren't difficult questions, and they are only asking for what your customers should be receiving regarding customer support for whichever issue comes up with whichever piece of software they are using.
