Sadly, the profile Andy_P186 wouldn't let me login so had to create this one to reply. Another Microsoft failure.
As for sharing data online, security prevents much of that. What i can say is i am an advanced tech/data user working in a global data AI business alongside Microsoft Fabric. This screenshot should help, it is from the Outlook IOS IPAD app.
The IMAP is simple. I have the domain, it is hosted by a global registrar. I use the IMAP server details of;
mail.(mydomain).co.uk
Ports 993 and 465
SSL security
Nothing complex here. Hosted on highest quality servers, cPanel access and security and is easy to add to all other clients when needed in Microsoft’s own outlook IOS and web apps/interfaces.
So it is clearly an interface issue with the Outlook (NEW) product and has been since May.
