MicrosoftAndy_P186 ; Sorry to hear about your latest trouble with Microsoft, Andy. I have been on this and several other forums that are supposed to be where you go to get answers from Microsoft with absolutely no feedback from them at all.
I have also been on this and other forums telling people exactly this, that Microsoft does not care that we are having the problems that we do with their products. Maybe if we were a big corporation with an account that means more money flowing to them, we would get some type of response. But, as an individual consumer, they could not care less that we can't use their products as they were intended to be used.
There are work-arounds, using software from other companies that can do what Microsoft's software does, but until more people start using other software, they know they have you by the short hairs.
