I am reminded every day by atleast one user why they hate the new outlook. I have some that are very tech savvy people that will not use it becuase it is not user friendly and they cannot do simple functions they can easily do. At least you can drag and drop files now. Why does micosoft think that fixing things that are not broken is a good idea?

I second this. when I couldn't find how to put my out of office on, enough was enough!
