MicrosoftI totally agree with the comments about the search box in the title bar. The current state of title bars in all Microsoft applications is a total mess. It used to be easy to spot which window had focus and to hurriedly "grab" a title bar to scoot a window around. Now it's impossible to determine which window has focus. Sometimes title bars change colors, sometimes they don't. They may or may not be translucent. The search box is in the way. There may or may not be quick access buttons on the left. The min/max/close buttons on the right don't look the same from one application to another. Sometimes the "X" is almost invisible until it's hovered over. And good luck knowing where to grab the edge or corner of a window to re-size it, because the borders are just about non-existent.
Microsoft, you have royally screwed up the appearance of title bars and Windows. Please give us an option to return the appearance to the one version that everybody agrees was the most function of all appearances: "Windows XP". At least windows looked like windows back then!
