Unfortunately, after waiting 24 hours or more, the add-ins does not appear in Outlook. The users have both the E1 and E3 licenses (E3 probably required for scenario 2). As I mentioned before, the additions when deployed using Scenario 1 and Scenario 2 methods do not show up for users.Hybrid environment.
