Centralized Deployment for Outlook add-ins will now be generally available

Hello. 

We want to implement the FindTime and others add-ins for Outlook.

Scenario 1:

Via Microsoft 365 the admin center (Centralized Deployment of add-ins) by:

Unfortunately, after waiting 24 hours or more, the add-ins does not appear in Outlook. The users have both the E1 and E3 licenses (E3 probably required for scenario 2). As I mentioned before, the additions when deployed using Scenario 1 and Scenario 2 methods do not show up for users. Hybrid environment. 

There is no error during the installation. On the contrary, the message about the correct installation.
