Re #1, why does Teams (Free), which after all is the same client (same binary, it's one program), not have that same icon in the same place? Instead it's not the first icon and not an "A" and is almost hidden (I actually thought it didn't have the rich text editor at all for a while). It seems to me that you'd want "both" Teams aligned when possible, and they certainly could be in this case.
