Very helpful article, thanks. I support a number of clients with Multitenant Organisations (MTOs), and switching can be confusing. There's 2 additional considerations which really help:
- Microsoft have recently added the 'Activity in other accounts and orgs' icon at the bottom of the app bar on the left. This shows a red blob when you're @mentioned in a Team in another tenant, or there's activity you've asked to be notified about.
- Sometimes you'll see a warning triangle with an "!" in it next to a tenant in the list where you can switch tenants. This confuses users, but is simply indicating that you're not currently signed in to that tenant so won't get any notifications.
