And the MS Teams' Feature of the Year Award goes to "Co-organizer Meeting Role"
In my opinion, the Teams Co-organizer feature is nominated for the “MS Teams Feature of the Year Award.” This feature gives the meeting organizer much needed "peace of mind."
- The organizer can take an unexpected personal day or two-week vacation and knowing the meeting continues to run effectively is priceless.
- The ability to share and delegate the meeting responsibilities with others to reduce stress and increase healthy mental well-being for one single person is hugggge. "Taking Notes. Reading the Chat. Setting up the Breakrooms, and, anything else that may pop up during a meeting event."
- For now, assigning up to 10 co-organizers are enough. You don't want too many cooks in the kitchen.
- I can go on and on.
Great job Microsoft. I ab-sol-ute-ly love the potential of this feature for it is not 100% yet but you are heading in the right direction.
I encourage others to “influence change”. Don’t complain instead provide constructive feedback - respectfully. I have already added my feedback.
