Thank you so much for your patience in my reply. I have been heads down into Ignite planning! I can't believe it will be a hybrid experience this year! We are very excited.
Here is what I can share with you ATM:
1- Currently, the ability to delete your entire call history is not currently available at this time. As this is a very new feature, I am sure down the road we will make more features possible and new inerrations. I would highly encourage you to share this feedback with our team at: aka/ms.feedback
2- Chat tagging, when you name a chat, you can pin this to the top. for Pinning a member, it's the same as the conversation or chat. You can see the option here: go to the ellipses or (...) You can also filter at the top by name. Also in a Teams channel, you can manage your tag settings in the same way. For clearing chat history, this is currently unavailable, but you can select the hide or mute option. In the meantime, I again highly encourage you to share this feedback using the link above!
