Hi All
Im using the feature "Private rum" a lot when teaching and even though it is a great feature and it works fine there is allways 2-3 persons that cannot join the room that they are assigned to. They are not moved to the private room and Im not able to do anything about it. I have tried to join the room and invitate them from the private room directly but they do not receive the notification. They try to leave the meeting and login again but still they are not able to join the private room that I assigned them to. Solution has been to leave them in the main meeting and let this be their private room. The attendees are guests in a team and they do have a MS account and they use the desktop app. Any ideas what could be the issue?
