Thank you for this, but related to the chat and collaboration topic, can you ask from your team if there can be change to this logic:
Share your screen in a chat in Microsoft Teams
At first your article says: "You can share what's on your screen while in a chat without sharing your video or audio."
While a bit later it continue: "Tip: Screen sharing opens a muted call. Unmute the call or turn on your camera while screen sharing to start an instant meeting."
If we want to make the screen share on the chat, then why Teams forces to reserve the headset? In my mind the description is not fully correct.
As you can see, users could have other calling system on the same workstation and when doing multi tasking, you might be on call on 3rd party device and then need to share the screen.
