Mac client totally ignored again. Seriously, what are you expecting music teachers to do when we cannot simply share audio from our computer (as Windows users have now had for over 18 months). Promised dates were Q2 2020, Q3 2020, Q4 2020, and now Q1 2021. You are literally holding up so many teachers that have been forced into using Teams. No communication, explanation, nothing. Only occasional notes with unmet deadlines left by MS employees who are just so ‘super passionate about their customers and users’. Absolutely abysmal service.
