Keara James Very excited about the Join from desk phones! Just tested on our lovely Polycom Trio with success.
Yet - I cannot over emphasize the importance of Caller ID from Address book. This is a HUGE deal. People don't memorize numbers. I assume most calls are telemarketing calls, and sometimes miss legit ones that would have mapped to a contact I know.
