In April we announced a new Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business Admin Center to give tenant admins a single place to manage all aspects of the service. Based on your feedback, we have now started to rollout additional functionality and to migrate further settings to make the new Admin Center even more powerful and to enable you to manage Teams more effectively.
Easy access to the Admin Center
From the Office 365 Admin Center, you can now access the Teams & Skype for Business Admin Center more easily – As we are bringing more and more admin functionalities into the Teams & Skype for Business Admin Center, the new portal will become the main location for customers to manage Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business. To make it easier for you to access the Admin Center you can either access it now directly via the Office 365 Admin Center or via https://admin.teams.microsoft.com, for all eligible tenants. Functionalities that not been moved to the new Admin Center yet, this settings are still available in the Skype for Business Admin Center which you can also access via the left navigation menu in the new Admin Center.
Call Analytics at your fingertips in the Admin Center
Understanding call and meeting quality for your users – The Call Analytics Dashboard is now fully integrated into the new Admin Center to provide IT departments with a quick view on call and meeting Quality for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.

- An advanced view with details about the media stack and network including codec & packet loss.
- A debug view for troubleshooting which includes every metric captured about the session.
