I was very happy to see the ability to turn off presenter names during town Halls, 😀
A new feature added this week under the new " customize screen" in an Teams Town Hall Event as a producer/organiser is the ability to add an over all background ( from a defined list) which adds colour to the overall event, my question is how do I add to the limited list of existing backgrounds provided, none of them are ok for our corporate branding rules, would be great if I could either know where they reside so I can replace them or if an option can be added to be able to add background graphics to the list.🙏
Just an note about a small issue Im having since the latest update, ( 10/11/25) seems that when I am toggling presenters to and from the Live screen during an event, the toggle often returns to the previous state ( on or off), ie,, I press the toggle button.. the presenter moves to the live screen,, and within 1 - 2 sec it returns automatically to the off live screen, ( really annoying if you are trying to run a flawless event ) this is a new problem since the latest option updates, ( I run many events a week, and have noticed this issue only this week ( on a number of laptops running as producer in Teams Town Halls. )
As above, I look forward to templates that will facilitate different size ratios between shared content and the presenters 😃
