Thanks for your response Parker_Shelton .

When Poly trios, VVX phones register with MS teams sip gateway we are not applying any certificate related configuration on the device. As we update the provisioning URL on these devices to respective SIP gateways deployed by Microsoft, the CA trust certificates are auto imported on the device, so we are not applying any config related to certificate on device level. The configurations including certificates are fetched from Microsoft sip gateway.
If that is the case do the CA certificate change will be auto updated accordingly or do we have to manually work on these devices to update certificates ?
I'm not quite sure once the device is on registered state if the certificate can auto updated from MS teams SIP gateway side ?
Could you please check on this request to draft the action plan accordingly on this global change.
