My wish would be that Microsoft would take a look at creating a true power user form and workflow solution instead of continuing to push PowerApps and PowerAutomate which are really more developer oriented tools. Our organization uses Nintex forms and workflows in our on-premise SharePoint environment and that allows regular power users to create and maintain their own automated processes.
Unfortunately the cost for moving to Nintex's o365 offering is quite high, so we are currently stuck having to keep our on-premise environment for business process automation needs. Although we have close to 1,000 Nintex forms and workflows that our users have been able to create, we've really struggled getting people to switch over to PowerAutomate and PowerApps as the learning curve is so much higher than Nintex. The gap is especially noticeable between Nintex forms and PowerApps, we could likely make PowerAutomate work for our users but it's hard to believe that o365 doesn't have a true online forms solution. And no, Microsoft forms doesn't count as it's incredibly limited and won't work for the majority of our use cases.
