ErinBailie , we do. But I'm trying to reduce ShadowIT and app sprawl. Ultimately it comes down to my dept to support these apps and I'm trying to keep it managable. We draw the line at apps that cost significant amounts of money and time to support if Microsoft already has a tool. We DO have people that use Trello, but it is a very limited case.
To be clear, we always try to use the best tool for the job, but we need to make sure they are part of an overall, enterprise-wide strategy. Sometimes though, with how fast Microsoft changes things, it's like chasing cats. 😉
