New Microsoft Teams bulk installer is now available for Windows

BrechtKUL we use the following PowerShell script as detection method in SCCM:

$cmd = 'Get-AppxPackage -Name $AppXPackageName'
}

$AppXInstalled = Invoke-Expression $cmd

If ($AppXInstalled)
{
Write-Host "Installed"
}

SCCM seems to run the detection method in different contexts depending on how you deploy the application. If the application is deployed to a user collection it runs in user context, if it is deployed to a machine collection the detection method runs in machine context. This detection method script can handle both situations. I hope it helps 🙂
