TheGrahamWalsh this one is a Logitech Tap /w Lenovo Tiny compute. We had previously been using the vendor-provided image to rebuild it (as per their recommendation) but assuming there isnt anything in that image outside of the MTR install files, ill give this RecoveryTool method a go as it does seem a lot quicker than the several hours it can take for the image to be downloaded/applied.
The reason i was keen to try and troubleshoot it rather than go straight to OS rebuild, is we are an MSP and every time a rebuild is required it means scheduling onsite engineer visits, travel time & costs etc. Versus simply remoting on via Screenconnect and running some powershell commands which can be done by any remote tech. We are hoping MTRoA provides an improvement in reliability, so we can start regaining business/customer trust as we've had more issues than expected with the windows variant.
