Has anyone had issues with their MTR waking up the display roughly 4mins after going to standby? It only happens under the default "Skype" User, but not under the Local Admin account. Hard to diagnose as the Skype user is pretty locked down.
Our "Display off" is set to 10mins, and Sleep to None. So after 10mins the display (touchscreen & TV) goes black. After 4mins it wakes back up, then after 10mins it goes black again, in a repeating cycle. No event logs that I can see relate to this.
This is in conjunction with the Logitech Tap which has a proximity sensor on the touchscreen, but we have taped over the sensor and there isn't any change in the 4min timeframe. It wakes both the front of room display as well as the touchscreen. I've got a ticket logged with them which they are working through but wondered if it might be a known issue with the Skype user that might be MTR related.
