DBR14 seanjohn012 really sorry you are having these issues; we have not heard any other reports of this issue still happening on 4.4.63. If you could please PM Sohail_Tariq we would like to get logs from your systems. In the meantime to resolve the issues with the MTR app not updating or starting could you please try running the PowerShell script referenced in this article:

seanjohn012 in terms of using the Mersive device you mentioned with MTR, we can't really support having always on receivers like that plugged into MTR because we don't know what any particular device will be doing in terms of when it sends signal or doesn't. It sounds like the Mersive device is sending a signal all the time even when its not receiving, which is why our MTR system is switching to displaying content (the Mersive screen) instead of the video gallery. This is something you would need to follow up on with Mersive and/or Crestron though, as the advise we would have would be to not use the Mersive device.
