TheGrahamWalsh The system was installed with 4.4.63.0 and I have reviewed the article you linked to. Since it was already running 4.4.63.0 I wasn't sure if it applied in this case, although the behavior is similar. When powercycled, the screen comes up and says "undoing changes to your system". Is that Windows updates or the room software update failing? I'm sorry, this is our first jump into Teams rooms shortly before we migrate.
For issue 2 we are using the Mersive Solstice Pod. When the system is not presenting and is not on a call, we get the default Teams Rooms system background with the time. Once a Teams call/meeting is started, and not presenting content, the room TV still shows the splash page of the Mersive Pod. I would think since the room system is not presenting any content, it should display the attendees of the meeting profile or video feed. The Mersive Pod should not be overriding the Teams display of the meeting unless engaged by presenting content?
