Hi @Ilya Bukshteyn Have you had many reports of the MTR app disappearing from the touchscreen control panel in ver 4.3.33.0?
I cant see any eventlogs relating to it crashing, so my best guess it is being resized/moved to the FoR display (HDMI TV) by accident. I am wondering if this is caused by turning the TV power off and back on manually, rather than letting it be put into sleep mode by the computer.
The reason the TV is manually controlled, is because the MTR PC isn't putting the TV to sleep properly (best guess is the HDMI CEC injector - Logitech Rally - is not playing well with the TV purchased), so the customer switches the TV off manually so it doesn't stay on permanently. When turning the TV back on, 9 times out of 10 it will resume normally (ie MTR on touchscreen, meeting on the FoR display) however occasionally the MTR app will disappear from the touchscreen, and I am wondering if it is struggling to move the displays around and match them to the right screen. A restart will fix it, but the customer can't to do this themselves as the controls to restart the device aren't available - which always leads to a helpdesk call and frustration for the user who usually has a lot of attendees on the call.
I cant see any App/System/SRS event logs related to MTR when this happens, so i dont think the MTR app is crashing. We are using MTR via the Logitech Tap. Cheers!
