We have recently introduced some important new features and performance improvements for Microsoft Teams on Desk Phones that will help your users to be more productive. Of these, the ability to transfer meetings/calls to a device is perhaps the biggest productivity enabler.
- Add or Transfer Meetings/Call to Device
- Background replacement on video phones
- Contacts in Microsoft Outlook are now available (read-only mode)
- Live captions are now available for calls
- Usability improvements
- Ongoing enhancements to improve user experience when using a delegate on touch screens
- Dial pad is available for early media scenarios to facilitate quick responses for auto attendant scenarios
- Enforcement of authentication policies and tenant-based policies set by admin
- Bug fixes for LLDP for E911 and authentication

I'm not sure there's 100% feature parity here, but there's a lot!
