ArunDas In response to your question. It is currently possible to connect a Teams channel (as they existed before shared channels were a thing) to a Dynamics 365 Customer Service record. The ability to use shared channels in the same way would be extremely useful as we will use it to design custom medical implants and plan surgery with people who work for different organisations playing their part in that collaborative process. The linking to Dynamics 365 Customer Service provides the structured business process flow part. Whereas, the teams channel handles the unstructured parts of the case. Each patient will be a channel and the intention is that their treatment can be planned and the custom medical devices can be designed using the shared channel. The question is whether there will a difference in the connection to shared channels from the Dynamics end of the telescope. Thank you for your attention.
