Teams premium NGO procing, because we can’t pay 3x the price of a full office license for the addon, and we need to brand our ngo. It’s a battle selling teams, to be honest, and cost was one point. Having simple things like centralised backgrounds go behind an expensive (for us) addon has put off the leadership team, which means our employees don’t get the regular exposure, which means they end up sticking with zoom and slack elsewhere in their career. Fully appreciate ms is a business but ngo and education build a customer base and keep the lights on if we’re honest. AI notes will build customers for life, if people are exposed, which means all institutions can afford to deploy it.
