One last try…
After struggling with 3 Crestron Teams panels for over 6 months I had concluded that they where suited one place - in the trash. But since I’m quite stubborn I will give one last chance..
in short after spending probably 30 hours on this.
3 Crestron Teams panels (running the latest firmware) and 3 Flex systems in 3 meeting rooms. Flex - Ok. Teams panels - will not sign in. Tried just about everything but after the latest firmware it states “can not be enrolled to Intune”
I have heard about this issue before (and also in this thread) but does someone has some kind of guide on how to enroll these? I am no Azure nor Intune guy and I need to forward some info to our IT dep on how to proceed. Btw they state that there is no issue with Intune but i think there is! But how am I suppose to convince them if I don’t know where to pin point the IT dep to look/check? We are a very large company so I don’t have and will not get an access to either Azure or Intune. On top of this all MS related matters are taken care of by an external IT drifter in India.
Last correspondence with them was: “ok, we will check but please provide us with some info on how to check/do this”.
does someone have some guides/pictures/text to help me out?
and btw: I bought a Yealink panel to test. All good on all 3 rooms. No issues. Aren these panels also running Android? Why do these panels sign right in?
