Manage meeting space availability with Microsoft Teams Panels

Hi Guys, 

We have invested heavily in Crestron MS kit (Flex MS Teams and TS Panels) and we are quickly finding that the Teams panels are lacking the capability of competitor products. Our hope is that MS will be quicker to develop and enhance the feature set on the panels than our previous supplier, but I just wanted to share the top challenges we are facing  (in priority order) in the hope someone will be able to help. 

1. Capability to disable walk up reserve function or lock the panel so it simply displays upcoming meetings
   1. We have a series of rooms that are reserved for executive use and have exchange book in policies enabled to prevent the general population from booking them. Right now we cant prevent someone from walking up to the room and making an ad-hoc booking via the panel. Does anybody know what the "device lock" setting in Config Profiles does or if it can help us here?  
2. Panel TalkBack
   
   1. The panel features a good array of Accessibility features which is good to see, however, the setting to enable "Talk Back" is buried in the menus and naturally, you need to be sighted to be able to able to find this. As such our visually impaired colleagues are unable to use the panels and we cannot enable "Talk Back" globally through a Config profile as it is intrusive in open workspaces. We need on demand Cortana-like capability on the panels with wake words and commands to read back display information to support our visually impaired colleagues. 
3. Check-in and Room Release
   1. Ensure the general population honor any bookings made and can release easily if needed. I know this one is a roadmap feature but it is desperately needed. Any updates on when it might land? I hope MS will be delivering some form of "Auto Release" policy with this feature which can enable an admin to define an acceptable check-in period before a room is released. 
4. LED Bar Control
   1. For the Executive rooms, these need to be seen as "Offline" and therefore we would like to force the light bar to RED always so that it is clear to people that the room is unavailable. 
5. Custom Messages
   1. For the Exec room or managed spaces, we would like the panel to have to ability to display a custom message for example "This room is reserved for the executive team, please contact XXXX for reservations"
