1) A fixed 16:9 layout for camera is absolutely needed on our end, due to the pre-mix of presentation and camera using a capture card or virtual cam on the Teams client. This allows us maximum flexibility in creativity regarding layouts, animations and transitions and the best pre-mixed recording quality.
2) Secondly, as I was also reading it in some comments, an after-event room is needed to wrap-up in private with the speakers, especially when working with external remote presenter to not have a second call. This worked well in TLE.
3) Downloading the Q&A report is also crucial to us, as we had town halls with over 100 questions coming in that couldn't all be answered in the event.
4) Not tested yet, but read it: Keeping reactions to published Q&A messages anonymous is also something our organizing users will ask for.
5) Again, only read it in the comments here: Being able to spontaneously add someone as a presenter (internal and external) is a big must. Happened that there was a short notice change.
So, only did a short test with myself yet and need more testings for further comments, but looks like there were many great points mentioned before in the comments and also a lot of positive feedback from BryanNyce to see changes coming. Hope to see them soon to have a comparable product when switching from TLE.
