DaveTheTeamsGuy Today you would need to leverage RTMP IN, a capture card, or desktop sharing to bring in pre-recorded video. We do have a UI toggle coming in new Teams to indicate the content sharing is high-motion video (which boosts the fps) - you can trigger this today with a keystroke Fix video display lag issue in Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn (this applies to both classic and new Teams, but the UI toggle will be new Teams only).

 

Stephen Mullenix you can invite a DL for all staff. We're bringing improvements to managing the stage in the coming months.

KristinaK100 Thank you for the kind words! When you duplicate the town hall, we will clone the details, theming, and any email customization - but it will *not* be the same link - we will generate a new (unique) link for the town hall.
