First Town hall tests done and we really miss the queueing option and green room experience after the event ends. Good to hear that you are working on those.
We encountered couple problems:
- External presenters join experience is random. Some of the external presenters got in with new Teams client directly and for some it didn’t work. For those who were unable to join with new client, got in with old client when it asked to change tenant (which they did) and some got in with old client with not changing the tenant when joining. And because of this it would be handy to have the pstn join number ready in the meeting invite for the presenters. The joining hassle wasn’t good experience overall.
- Meeting recording restarted suddenly after 10 minutes after the event had begun. Don’t know what happened. In the end we had whole event in two recordings which I merged with clipchamp.
