Janine_Barkley we currently do not support removing the response options when sent from the Teams calendar, this is under investigation. Organizers, Presenters and Attendees all use the same link to join; external presenters get their own unique link. You can use the Copy Join Link option in the upper right of the details page to get the join link, and send this from Outlook if desired. Today, as an event team member, you cannot also join as an attendee; this is a backlog item we have.

rbell14 NDI support is still being worked on for new Teams, you need to use classic Teams until then.
