DFarley2190 thank you for the extra information, it's clear now. When Town hall sends the invites, it is sent as a calendar invite, which doesn't support BCC options. We're investigating how we can improve this scenario. As a workaround today, you can setup a separate invite for attendees (as you did with TLE) and using the Copy Join Link option in the upper right of the details page - then you can send this out separately (and for example with new Outlook, you can use the Hide Attendee List option).
jperlman1149 Yes, dial in coordinates are being investigated. They actually will show up on mobile devices when looking at the invite. I will take the Q&A feedback to the feature PMs. FOr presenters coming in as attendees, that is not expected, and should be filed as a bug (open a support case) for investigation. Note that you cannot nudge attendees into the interactive portion of the event currently.
rbell14 no, you cannot drag and drop. We're doing work on a more robust production experience which is planned for middle of next CY.

- There isn't an option at the admin level for enabling moderation in Q&A. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see for the Q&A settings, you should see as follows -> Host a town hall in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support. Does your organization block Viva Engage at all? That is also required for Q&A in general.
- We leverage the Manage what attendees see feature for bringing video on/off screen - and presenters have rights to do that in regular meetings and webinars. You are correct that we do not have a Producer role today; this is under investigation - and I talk to the dev team all the time, rest assured your feedback is already known. And yes, I have already raised the need for presenters to moderate Q&A (and not just co-organizers) - this is being looked at during our next semester planning.
- Thank you for the detailed feedback regarding the reporting, I'll review this with the feature team. We're working to provide a separate export of Q&A as we did back in the TLE days.
- Noted on the verbiage used for the message, that's already been raised to the team.
