MicrosoftWe use Teams as our phone system and have now lost the ability to dial a phone number from a link in Outlook to our Teams phone. This issue was a significant reason why we did not let our staff review the PREVIEW or NEW version releases of Teams. We seem to now have lost this capability in the old version of Teams and we MUST HAVE THIS FEATURE RETURNED. The Teams interface for finding contacts and phone numbers is inferior and we rely on Outlook to find our contacts and have a click-through link on phone numbers to make calls. Teams is now forcing us to use the Teams interface which is horrible. We cannot search for company names or any contact specific information....only first and last name (and that is not so reliable either). Identification of what phone number is the default is completely unclear. Just needs major work. Please get the connection to Outlook back.
