I believe I have followed all the steps to get a few users to see the new client toggle switch but has been 48 hours and no toggle switch. Same for avatars.

Tenant is in US. Are there others out there not seeing it or just us?

Can you think of any other requirements that would prevent our users from seeing the option even though they have received the preview policy and see the preview icon on their account? Any other areas I should be looking at?
