MicrosoftI am finding more and more features from the previous Teams version that are NOT available in the Preview Version. This makes it very difficult to use this Preview in any meaningful way and provide real feedback. For instance, we are not able to add tabs or apps to a channel in the Preview version. The + sign is missing. The APPS button is missing from the Preview version. Tabs that previously existed in Chats have been removed. Speed dials have been removed from the CALLS tab.
Here are some features that really need to be added: 1) telephony information on call history needs to be more robust including phone numbers when contact is listed and contact when phone number is listed, 2) SMS texting to our Teams phone numbers when on a phone plan - no excuse for not having this, 3) multiple instances of Teams desktop need to be able to be opened with multiple tenants. Currently can only do this in web versions.
