Hello everyone - answering a few questions from above here:
1. We are going to get to feature parity with Classic teams later this calendar year with new features coming out regularly.  Stay up to date by bookmarking https://aka.ms/NewTeams where all our information will land and be regularly updated.  Of course we are also updating technical and end user documentation.  This page provides an overview and our downloadable resources. . 
2. Yes there will be a Mac, web, VDI, Education and GCC, GCC-H and other special cloud versions.
3. The features like add a team member, a tab, an app or a channel that you do not see now are part of us getting to feature parity. 

4.  Notifications are managed in Windows but please keep giving us feedback on these issues. 

5. Your IT Administrator must enable you to have access to preview.
