MicrosoftSo I've had this new Teams chat and channels experience for about 2 months, as have my colleagues. It disappeared from all our clients late last week - we are in Australia.
So you rolled out the experience, got people used to it and then reverted the changes without telling anyone or giving any reason??? Was it globally, or just Australia? Why do you keep adding and then removing features from Teams?

You've got the latest version. It was last checked on 31/03/2025.
Adding Loop as a Tab in Team has also just disappeared in the last week also.
Do you actually want people to think Teams is a reliable product? I suspect you don't care.
NogaRonenRoshin Ramesan, could you please answer the people here who are advising that we had access to this new Chats and Channels experience, and it has now disappeared for all of us? What is happening??

I'm in Australia too ST-Ken and it is still appearing as an option for me? (See attached in Settings)
I'm choosing to keep Chat and Channels separate but it is there.
Definitely disappeared here on all clients in our tenant...
I notice that no-one from Microsoft is actually responding to any of these messages...
