Pfff really?
Instead of giving all teams a dedicated chat, MS went the wrong way around and put the teams into the chat part.... Why??
First of all; DON'T call the button CHAT if there is a TEAM under it!!
Secondly; Give all teams a dedicated member chat instead of having to create a separate chat.
Third; Let people create multiple chats under a team and\or channel.
This is a weird and confusing way of doing things. Don't place teams under chat, create chat in teams or channels! I know it's a choice now, but it's still a weird choice.
When I want 1:1 chats or with specific people I create the conversation. I expect this under the Chat button,.
When I want to chat with my team members, I would expect a chat to be with the team under Teams.
There should be break-out (read: channel) chats under that team. And of course permissions per channel because one project will have multiple sub-teams working on something and they should not nessesarily have RW permissions everywhere.
