Hi Guys,

 

Sorry to interject, we have seen this issue since some of our clients have moved over to Teams and require wireless presentation for external guests that are not joined to the corporate network, nor have Microsoft Teams.

 

We would currently recommend the Mersive Solstice but as with the Teams skin on the device the HDMI content is continuously displayed.

 

One of the options that we have recommended is to go with the Yealink MVC500/800 devices that include the wireless presentation out of the box which will allow for up to 4 wireless presenters using their USB presentation devices.

 

Albeit this is a different system altogether rather than a 3rd party add-on but it will work as you would expect. It does unfortunately require a USB port, the dongle and currently Windows to work so not completely multi-platform but it does provide an air-gap from the corporate network for guests.

 

This is an ongoing issue we have currently with quite a few clients and at the moment we can only work with what we have.
