Ftacnik we do not support the model of using iPads as the room controller. We've tried this and the experience was, frankly, horrible (I think we were on our 4th iPad power supply having grown legs and disappeared when we gave up). Our model is for the controller / console to be a touch display connected directly to the WinTel compute (including connected via DisplayLink for USB connected consoles). We do not directly support "DIY" kits such as you describe (btw, even Zoom seems to be moving away from these and towards leveraging HW systems we co-engineering with our partners, such as the Logitech Tap and the Crestron Flex systems). You can certainly re-use the Logitech camera, and may be able to re-use the Intel NUC by adding a Logitech TAP for the console and HDMI ingest, assuming the Intel NUC meets our requirements (ie. i5 min proc, 4GB RAM min, 8GB recommended, etc.).
