We have recently had push back from our clients regarding "Microsoft Office Hours for Power savings" implementation, specifically on Logitech RallyBar running in Teams appliance mode. We can't understand why this can be turned off at the device as a option, its not unreasonable to expect devices not to be on all day when not in use, to conserve energy, reduce Wear and Tear on the device itself and display (Reduce Screen Burn). We Know there is a workaround, and this can only be applied with Pro license applied, but this is poor implementation which should be optional, we can not recommend these products any further to our clients, who once are made aware, they are relucant to use them within their deployment anyway. Please advise if im mistaken if this a logitech only issue, but we dont see this with Yealink, Poly on android. Any feed back would be welcomed.
