Need some help please, We installed a Hub500 for a customer that has a complex network etc. we started out where we couldn't sign in to TEAMS. after IT made some changes (added new domain user on the machine ) we were able to log into Teams even though the message on screen says signing into to Team and we make teams calls.
The problem we sit now is we don't have the Out of box experience with the app auto-launching and also signs in
any guidance on
- How to install a Teams Console in a complex network setup ( exchange on-prem )
- Do we need the teams room licence if we have an E5 licence with Telephone system for now
- Change UI on Hub from Skype to teams ( purple ) from older SRS ? is there an update required?
- Microphone pickup on HUB500 - echo cancellation? mics pickup far side audio from the display
We have been through the deployment guides but would appreciate if you could point in right direction
