Has anyone had any issues with an MTR failing to load the application when the device is booted? We have a Poly G85-T which runs a Lenovo Thinksmart Tiny. When the device is booted it signs into the Skype user, then we see the Teams logo and the circular loading wheel. After this the touchscreen and the front of room display go black (not loosing signal, but black) then after 5minutes we see the MTR application load up and the device works correctly.
Were running 20H2 and the latest MTR app 4.9.12. I noticed this issue before the MTR was on that app version aswell.
Another note, if i sign out of Skype and back into the Admin profile, then back into Skype (so not rebooting the device) then the MTR application loads up straight away!
Weve not noticed any issues with the dvices performance, just this weird startup issue. Sohail_Tariq , @Ilya Bukshteyn have you come across this issue before?
