Does anybody knows what is the "MediaLine_MediaBuildVersion" on the call analytics? I'm troubleshooting why some of the Room System devices have odd behaving with video streams. And during that I found that on one of our device have:

MediaBuildVersion: 2020.38.1.34

While others have version: 2021.1.1.26

 

Device is running the latest Room System version (4.8.19.0). So I though this could have something to do with OS updates?

 

The main issue I'm troubleshooting is the low resolution and frame rates on the devices. If anybody have any thoughts of how to troubleshooting why the following average are so low, that would be nice to hear:

MediaLine_InboundStream_Payload_Video_RecvBitRateAverage: 165152
MediaLine_InboundStream_Payload_Video_RecvBitRateMaximum: 772557

MediaLine_OutboundStream_Payload_Video_SendBitRateAverage: 363833
MediaLine_OutboundStream_Payload_Video_SendBitRateMaximum: 2233172

Or at least I believe those could cause issues to frame rates and video resolution? The troubleshooting on Room System devices is a bit challenging, when normal monitoring tools are not available.
