Re: Health Status in TAC, I have encountered a glitch and am wondering if anyone else has experienced the same.
In the past week I have had a few instances of the Teams Room app failing to load when the MTR reboots. Instead of the MTR showing as Offline in TAC, it disappears from TAC. If I was not also taking part in a pilot of Microsoft Teams Rooms - Managed Services I would have no way of knowing these MTRs were not functioning properly. The Managed Services portal alerted me to the fact the app was not running on these MTRs.
Even if were comparing the number of MTRs showing in TAC against the number I know I have deployed, I would have to cross reference a list of hundreds of rooms against what is appearing in TAC just to figure out which MTRs are malfunctioning. The MTRs in question could be reached on the network via Managed Services and RDP, so they did not disappear from TAC due to being not available on the network.
If I filter in TAC with the known display name of the disappeared MTR, the filter returns nothing, not even an Offline device.
