Super big thanks, that seems to be really fixing the issue 
But we had strange behavior while testing: only one of our room was updated on the meeting, but still other room gets the same benefits with previous version. Was that expected behavior that updated room distribute the same streams for all rooms in the meeting?
But now the most important question is, how I could get the installation done in a correct way, when devices are not in intune yet? Can I force the device to go to check the updates, or how it should go? If I sign-in using my admin account that does not have access to internet neither store. Just a restart seems to not do that?
And about blocking the updates, we tried to use following registry:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\WindowsStore
AutoDownload: DWORD: 2 Off
AutoDownload: DWORD: 4 On
But still one device success to get the update.
