I am blocked on an issue on the MTR interface that I cannot get solved by my customer's Microsoft support.
Let me explain : In France, we like to have the interface in French. So as for preparation for all the MTRs for our customers, we log in Admin session, download in settings the french langage, log off and back in (so the OS is indeed in french) and apply the script provided on MTR docs to get the OS language applied to the MTR interface. The script is successful, then I reboot the MTR and the 1st page is indeed in french with Nouvelle réunion/Présenter/Plus. The settings and the Plus menu are as well in french.
Problem : the only page that stucks in english is the CALL Teams page with invite and search button and the hour is in AM/PM. The functions in call are in english as well.
What I found funny is that it is really only on the CALL Teams page : If I click on the bottom button (search URL) and switch to Skype interface, it is... in French!
This behavior happens on different OEMs. Resetting a Lenovo, got me the interface back in french but doing so on Crestron or HP does not solve the problem. I would guess it appeared with an update but which one I am a bit trouble as the reset on Lenovo solved the problem.
If you use custom language, did you meet the same problem ?
MTR runs 1909 and 4.5.37.
